Job summary

Bacha Coffee Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the organisation's IT systems, networks, cloud services, and store IT operations across retail and coffee rooms.

You will ensure security, stability, and business continuity while leading infrastructure projects and vendor engagement. You will manage Windows administration, network security, virtualization, AWS/Azure, M365, and ERP/POS environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years in a similar IT infrastructure/retail IT role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, networking, firewall administration, AD, VMs, VPNs, AWS/Azure, M365 and SharePoint/Teams.
• Experience in Retail, F&B or Hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure and operations projects aligned with organisational goals.
• Ensure networks, infrastructure equipment, applications, cloud services, and appliances run smoothly.
• Maintain sound network architecture and disaster recovery/compliance protocols.
• Lead and supervise IT junior team members, coordinating with management, peers and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Application Team to meet timelines and ensure high uptime for critical systems (POS/ERP).
