Job summary

LVMH Fashion Group Southeast Asia and Oceania is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to support retail stores and corporate offices across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam. You will lead regional IT activities, coordinate with cross-market teams, and ensure projects align with global standards.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or IT project management.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of IT asset management processes and reporting.
• ITIL certification or project management credentials are advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and devices for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and provide support for retail stores and corporate offices across SE Asia.
• Deliver user training and support for business applications and systems.
• Lead IT activities for store openings, renovations, relocations, closures, and technology refresh projects.
• Drive deployment of regional IT initiatives with regional teams and stakeholders.
• Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting; monitor network health.
• Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle: procurement, inventory, deployment, transfers, maintenance, and disposal.
• Support IT budgeting and forecasting; identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Build partnerships with retail, office, and functional stakeholders to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery to resolve day-to-day requests within SLAs.
• Contribute to regional IT initiatives and cross-market support as needed.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support for retail stores and corporate offices across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam, ensuring service levels are consistently met.
• Deliver user training and support for business applications and systems, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and system performance.
• Lead and coordinate IT activities for new store openings, renovations, relocations, closures, and technology refresh projects, ensuring seamless implementation with minimal business disruption.
• Drive the deployment of regional IT initiatives by partnering with regional teams and local stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in line with global standards.
• Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and connectivity issues, while proactively monitoring network health.
• Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including procurement coordination, inventory management, deployment, transfers, maintenance, and disposal, while maintaining accurate asset records across multiple markets.
• Support IT budget planning and forecasting by tracking technology investments, monitoring expenditure, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Build strong partnerships with retail, office, and functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical IT solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure day-to-day business requests are resolved effectively and within agreed service levels.
• Contribute to regional IT initiatives and provide cross-market support, including participation in ad hoc projects and resolution of critical business issues when required.

What we're looking for:

• 6-8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or IT project management, preferably within a multi-site retail environment.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of IT asset management processes and reporting.
• Certification in ITIL, project management, or related IT disciplines would be an advantage
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts to perform basic network troubleshooting, set up basic network devices, and monitor basic network health using simple dashboards or command-line tools.
• Willingness to support regional operations and occasional travel when required.
