Job summary

Luxottica in Singapore is seeking an IT procurement professional to coordinate equipment purchases and vendor invoices for our retail network. You will support hardware rollout for new stores and maintain accurate IT inventory across locations.

The role requires a diploma in IT, 2–3 years of IT exposure or fresh graduates welcome, and a solid understanding of networks. SAP knowledge is advantageous, with a collaborative, hands-on mindset for cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above majoring in IT.
• 2–3 years IT experience or fresh graduates welcome.
• Good understanding of networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT vendors for IT Equipment procurement.
• Management of IT Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoices.
• Support the IT Manager in preparing hardware for new retail store roll-out and replacement.
• Maintain accuracy of IT inventory and manages repair schedule with vendor and contractors.
• Level 1 troubleshooting for Retail Stores (POS, iPads, CCTV, network, and related IT systems).
