Job summary

LUXURY CAREERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end retail store technology projects across SEA, including openings, relocations, and store refreshes.

You will coordinate between Brand Retail Operations, Store Planning, IT teams, vendors and contractors. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in retail technology or IT implementations, strong planning and stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting retail technology, store projects, or IT implementation.
• Strong coordination and management skills for multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor communication across regional teams.
• Strong planning, organization, and documentation with trackers and action logs.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and proactive with ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with store openings/relocations, POS deployment, or IT infrastructure rollout is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end retail store technology projects across SEA, including openings, relocations, renovations, pop-ups, closures and store refreshes.
• Act as the key coordinator between Brand Retail Operations, Store Planning, IT teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-site support during critical store activities and assist with regional initiatives and technology rollouts.
• Support project purchase requisitions, vendor quotation follow-up, invoice validation, and prepare project reports and presentations.
• Drive continuous process improvements in project documentation, communication, and efficiency.
