Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end retail technology initiatives across SEA. You will coordinate with Brand Retail Operations, Store Planning, IT teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

You will manage project plans, milestones, risk logs, and documentation while supporting onboarding of IT equipment, UAT, and post-implementation activities. Regular travel within SEA is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting retail technology, store projects, or IT implementation.
• Experience coordinating across regional or multi-country teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end retail store technology projects across SEA, including openings, relocations, renovations, pop-ups, closures, and store refreshes.
• Serve as the key coordinator between Brand Retail Operations, Store Planning, Store Teams, IT, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-site support during critical store activities and lead IT equipment procurement, staging, deployment, and UAT.
