Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to coordinate IT equipment procurement, manage requisitions and POs, and assist with hardware roll-outs for new retail stores. The role requires a Diploma in IT and 2–3 years of IT experience, with a good network understanding and strong collaboration across diverse teams.

Ideal candidates are analytical, meticulous, hands-on, and capable of Level 1 troubleshooting for store environments, including POS devices, IPads, CCTV, and

• Diploma or above majoring in IT.
• 2-3 years IT experience or fresh graduates welcome.
• Good understanding of Network.
• Advantageous to have retail industry & SAP knowledge.
• Analytical, meticulous and hands-on.
• Team player with good communications, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across cultures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT vendors for IT Equipment procurement.
• Management of IT Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoices.
• Support the IT Manager in preparing hardware for new retail store roll-out and replacement.
• Maintain accuracy of IT inventory and manages repair schedule with vendor and contractors.
• Level 1 troubleshooting for Retail Stores (POS equipments, Digital Windows, Ipads, User account management, CCTV, Traffic Counter, Network, Telephone).
