Qualifications

• Proven experience as System Administrator / Network Administrator (min 3-4 years).
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems in retail environments and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of IT asset management, security, scripting/automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain software and hardware across corporate and retail locations.
• Manage network servers, cloud systems, and technology tools to ensure stability and security.
• Oversee setup and lifecycle of user accounts, workstations, and access controls.
• Support and manage the POS system, including configuration and L1 support.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to identify pain points and enhancements in store systems.
• Lead POS-related IT projects, including rollouts and testing.
