You will coordinate with the in-house sales team to align merchandising plans, stock levels, pricing, and promotional calendars with sales targets. The role involves negotiating paid space with stores, planning shelf space and planograms, conducting in-store events, training merchandisers, monitoring stock availability, and reporting on account performance.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years in key account management in supermarket channel.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading small teams.
• Effective communication with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Understanding of nutrition and consumer health trends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with supermarket key accounts.
• Coordinate merchandising plans, stock pushes, and promotional calendars with sales targets.
• Negotiate and manage paid space buys with stores; track ROI.
• Plan shelf space allocation, planograms, and displays; ensure brand standards.
• Conduct regular audits of shelf sets against planograms.
• Plan and execute in-store roadshows and events with vendors.
• Supervise and train merchandisers; set priorities and review performance.
• Monitor stock levels; coordinate replenishment and listings/delistings.
• Track sales and category performance; identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on account performance and KPIs.
