Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is assisting a local hobby and tabletop gaming store in Singapore to fill the role of Retail Support Executive. You will manage stock records, process online orders, and maintain Shopify listings while helping organize gaming events.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. The position offers a basic monthly salary of SGD 2,300 plus KPI incentives up to SGD 400, with shifts including weekends in Commonwealth.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, check items against purchase orders and update stock records.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory.
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time.
• Track preorders, stock arrivals, allocations and customer collections.
• Create and maintain Shopify listings, including product details, barcodes, images, variants and pricing.
• Organise the stockroom, replenish shelves and assist with cashiering and customer service.
• Manage weekly gaming sessions and special events for an assigned game line, targeting an average attendance of 8 per week and two special events monthly with at least 10 attendees each.
• Plan monthly activities and ensure event posters and signups are ready at least 14 days before each event.
