Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Support Executive for a Commonwealth, Singapore location. The role covers store operations, inventory control, order processing, and game-line event planning.

You will manage stock, process orders, and maintain Shopify listings while supporting daily retail activities and customer service. Training is provided and experience is not required.

Our Client, a retailer specialising in tabletop miniature games, models, and gaming accessories, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Retail Support Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Retail Support Executive will support Games through retail operations, individual backend work and ownership of an assigned game line.

The following duties will be assigned to you, and additional related tasks may be assigned from time to time by the Store Manager and/or Directors to support retail operations and game line activities:

4.1 Receiving and purchase order processing

• Receive deliveries and check items, quantities and condition against purchase orders (POs) and supplier delivery documents. Record receipts accurately, process the associated PO records, and flag shortages, over-deliveries, damage and other discrepancies for resolution before treating affected stock as available.

4.2 Inventory and discrepancies

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations. Carry out stock counts and reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and document and upscale unresolved differences.

• Ensure stock movements, allocations and adjustments are recorded accurately and follow the store’s approval process.

4.3 Picking packing and dispatch

• Process orders across the store’s sales platforms. Pick the correct products and quantities, verify items before packing, pack securely, and complete dispatch and tracking records within the applicable platform deadlines.

• Monitor outstanding orders and communicate stock shortages, dispatch delays and other exceptions promptly.

4.4 Preorders

• Maintain preorder records, allocations and status updates. Track expected arrivals, match received stock to outstanding preorders, prepare orders for collection or dispatch, and flag allocation issues or delays for follow-up. Check release restrictions before fulfilling preorders.

4.5 Shopify product creation and maintenance

• Create and maintain Shopify product listings with accurate product information, barcode, images, variants, metafields, tags and pricing. Match the barcode to the correct product and variant; check that images and variant details correspond to the listed item. Complete and check required listing fields before publication.

• Apply publication safeguards: verify pricing, stock availability, preorder status, release dates and sales channel settings; keep incomplete or unapproved listings in draft; and publish only after the required checks and approval. Product creation with images and accurate barcode forms part of individual backend work.

4.6 Stockroom and store support

• Keep stockroom locations, labels and storage organised, accessible and tidy. Support shelf replenishment, store upkeep, customer service, cashiering and peak-period retail activity as assigned, while maintaining accurate stock records and clear handovers.

4.7 Game line ownership

• Own the planning, promotion, signups and execution of the assigned game line’s weekly sessions and special events. Achieve an average weekly attendance of 8 and run two special events each month with at least 10 attendees at each event. Plan the following month’s activities at the monthly meeting held in the prior month. Ensure event posters and signups are available at least 14 days before each event.
