Clarks in Singapore seeks a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to demonstrate products, greet shoppers, and drive sales targets. You will engage customers with brand information and deliver excellent service in a busy footwear environment.

Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining visual merchandising, handling stock checks, and ensuring accurate POS records while upholding professional standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required; Mandarin would be a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Friendly and professional demeanor in a retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers to purchase.
• Identify interested customers and provide brand/product information.
• Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities arise.
• Maintain store visuals and housekeeping according to guidelines.
• Record sales via POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Perform stock checks and assist in stock counts.
