Job summary

LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our fashion retail team in Singapore.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and acting as brand ambassadors with strong product knowledge. Candidates with no prior retail experience are welcome. You will work a 4 or 4.5-day schedule totaling 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays, with a basic salary of SGD 2,100 per month plus a S$30 phone allowance and

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• No prior retail experience required; candidates without retail experience are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about customer service with an interest in fashion retail.
• Sales-driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to work a 4 or 4.5-day schedule totalling 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing product recommendations and advice based on customers' needs.
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing customers with accurate product knowledge and recommendations.
• Proactively engage customers in the store and assist with enquiries.
• Build relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-up.
• Retrieve merchandise from stockroom and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and upkeep of the store.
• Support day-to-day retail store operations as required.

Job description

Working Schedule: 4 or 4.5-day work week, 44 working hours per week (excluding meal breaks)

Basic Salary: S$2,100 per month

Phone Allowance: S$30 per month

Additional Earnings: Sales Commission
