Job summary

RECRUITMENT SUPPORT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant in Singapore to deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert lighting consultations, and drive sales targets while developing new business opportunities.

You will travel across Singapore for onsite consultations, manage showroom visits, collaborate with interior designers and contractors, and contribute to a diverse project portfolio. Attractive commission and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Lighting/Interior Design or related industry.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore for onsite consultations and client meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to provide professional onsite lighting advice and consultation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional support to existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and offer accurate sales and lighting solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain positive client experiences.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Travel across Singapore to conduct onsite lighting consultations and project assessments when required.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, business owners, interior designers, and other stakeholders to support project sales.
• Manage showroom/gallery sales activities and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations.

Salary: Up to $3500

Working Hours: The job is a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
