Job summary

search personnel private limited is seeking a Sales Manager (Lighting / Building Materials) in Singapore to drive new business, manage key accounts and lead showroom operations. The role requires field visits, lighting consultations and collaboration with designers, architects and contractors.

Based in Joo Chiat, you will develop market reach, hit monthly targets and report progress, while mentoring new sales staff and ensuring service excellence for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant lighting sales experience.
• Experience selling lighting/building materials or interior-related products advantageous.
• Experience working with interior designers, architects and contractors advantageous.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales, client visits and onsite consultations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge advantageous.
• Target-driven with ability to manage sales activities and showroom operations.

• Position: Sales Manager (Lighting / Building Materials)


• Location: Joo Chiat


• Working hours: 6 days work week, Monday - Saturday -10.00am to 7.00pm


• Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross $7000 (Basic up to $5000 + Commission) + Transport Allowance, if required + Company Phone


• Duration: Permanent
