Job Description:
  • Serve as the main physical touchpoint for customers in-store and represent the TTR brand experience.
  • Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service to all walk-in customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and deliver the unique TTR experience consistently.
  • Stay attentive, energetic, and proactive throughout daily store operations.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Uphold store standards, including cleanliness, product display, and overall presentation.
  • Support daily operational tasks such as restocking, cashiering, and inventory handling.
  • Contribute to a welcoming environment and strengthen customer relationships through genuine interactions.
