Job summary

RISIS Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to help customers find products, deliver great service, and stay informed about promotions.

You will keep POS data accurate, support daily store tasks, work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays, and enjoy commissions, allowances, medical coverage, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Retail is preferred.
• Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people.
• Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers.
• Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products that meet their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Stay informed about products and promotions to assist customers.
• Maintain accurate POS system data.
• Support daily store tasks like cleaning and restocking shelves.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously.
• Share feedback on customer preferences and store operations.
• Perform other tasks as needed by management.
