Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a retail associate to welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products. You will deliver engaging product presentations and help drive store performance.

The role requires a 2–3 year retail background in fashion, jewellery, beauty or related fields, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build strong product knowledge and stay informed about relevant retail and market trends.
• Process transactions accurately using the store's POS system.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory organisation and loss-prevention practices.
• Maintain attractive, clean and well-organised product displays and overall store presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and support store promotions, events and other customer-engagement activities.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience is preferred, ideally around 2 to 3 years. Fashion, jewellery, beauty or other customer-facing retail backgrounds are particularly relevant.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the confidence to engage customers and work towards sales targets.
• Comfortable supporting store operations such as POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
