Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is hiring for a customer-facing role at Orchard Ion. You will engage shoppers on the shop floor, recommend products, and support upselling and cross-selling to help the store hit targets.

The role offers a team-based monthly commission (average SGD 300–500, up to SGD 700–800 during peak periods), medical benefits, and 10 days of annual leave. 5-day work week, 44 hours, with shifts from 10:00 to 22:00.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the shop floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products.

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement.
• Support cashiering duties when required.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with daily store operations.

What This Role Offers

Working Hours

• 5-day work week, 44 hours per week.
• Scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM based on retail roster

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work retail shifts based on roster
• Able to work 12 hours shift
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles will be an advantage

Additional Information

• You may be deployed to nearby stores from time to time for cross-training or to support operational needs
