RISIS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Singapore to assist shoppers and drive excellent service. You will help customers find products that meet their needs and stay informed about promotions to support sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining POS data, restocking shelves, and representing the brand with professionalism during daily store tasks. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Retail.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with people.
• Motivated and passionate about delighting customers.
• Able to work rotating shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
