Job summary

LAMCH & CO PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant at our Orchard outlet. You will handle merchandising, stock checks, and customer inquiries while driving sales and ensuring top-quality service.

The role includes a 5-day workload of 44 hours per week with weekends and public holidays required. We offer training, career progression, and a rewarding commission structure to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level.
• Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and team player.
• Candidates with working experiences in retail/customer service/hotel industry would be advantageous.
• Able to start work immediate or with short notice would be a plus point.
• Able to work at different outlet when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory, and maintenance of store.
• Attend to customers, handling enquiries, promote products and optimise sales opportunities and maintain excellent customer service.
• Support in other aspects of sales and operations
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
• Replenish stocks on the shelf
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior or the Management.
