Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will maintain appealing product displays, operate the POS system, assist with stock replenishment and loss prevention, and support store promotions and events. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred, ideally 2–3 years.
• Strong customer-service mindset and sales drive.
• Comfortable with POS transactions, stock handling, and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements
