Job summary

Tyson Jay Management is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to welcome customers, understand needs, and recommend products. You will deliver engaging product presentations and help customers explore features and benefits while working toward personal sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail, a strong service mindset, and are comfortable handling POS transactions, stock, and visual merchandising. Weekend shifts may be required in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail sales experience preferred.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service mindset with the confidence to engage customers and work towards sales targets.
• Comfortable supporting store operations such as POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
