• Deliver engaging product presentations and explain features clearly.
• Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Build strong product knowledge and stay updated on retail trends.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory organisation and loss prevention.
• Maintain attractive, clean and well-organised displays.
• Handle customer enquiries and assist promotions and events.
