Job summary

Tyson Jay Management in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to welcome shoppers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. You will deliver engaging product presentations and clearly explain features and benefits to drive sales.

You will work towards individual targets, support stock replenishment, POS transactions, visual merchandising, and participate in promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, ideally around 2 to 3 years.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the confidence to engage customers and work towards sales targets.
• Comfortable supporting store operations such as POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
