Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a customer‑facing Retail Assistant to join its store team in Singapore. You will welcome customers, understand needs, and guide them toward suitable products.

You will help hit sales targets, maintain attractive displays, handle POS transactions, and support stock replenishment and promotions. Prior retail experience and a strong service mindset are preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred (2–3 years).
• Strong customer service mindset with sales focus.
• Comfort with POS transactions and stock handling.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.

• Maintain attractive, clean and well-organised product displays and overall store presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and support store promotions, events and other customer‑engagement activities.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience is preferred, ideally around 2 to 3 years. Fashion, jewellery, beauty or other customer‑facing retail backgrounds are particularly relevant.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with the confidence to engage customers and work towards sales targets.
• Comfortable supporting store operations such as POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
