Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to welcome shoppers, understand their needs and guide product selections.

You will deliver engaging product presentations, process transactions, maintain displays and support store promotions. Experience in fashion/jewellery/beauty is helpful, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred, about 2–3 years.
• Strong customer-service mindset with confidence to engage customers and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable with POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Comfortable supporting store operations such as POS transactions, stock handling and visual presentation.
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
