Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple store locations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock levels and displays.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards; address operational challenges promptly.
• Support in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets; monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new retail staff; coordinate team schedules and lead meetings.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene practices meet local regulations across all locations.
