Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple locations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock and displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Support in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of retail staff.
