Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Client Experience Assistant SEA to support the Client Experience Manager in delivering the highest level of client service across the SEA market. You will implement Maison activations, roll out guidelines, coordinate with boutiques and external partners, manage stock, vendors and PO flows, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the roll-out of Client Experience guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns, and in-boutique animations in line with Maison guidelines.
• Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
• Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation to support Client Experience activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
