Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore is seeking a Client Development Assistant to support Launching & Following CRM campaigns across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam). You will ensure the highest level of client experience by implementing client-related campaigns and tools.

Work with regional teams and boutiques to roll-out mailings, coordinate Clienteling campaigns, monitor adoption of Clienteling apps, and manage admin tasks like stock movements and POs.

Responsibilities

• Support development and roll-out of mailing and e-mail campaigns with regional team.
• Coordinate Clienteling campaigns: briefing, launch communication, follow-up, and KPI reporting.
• Serve as main contact for boutiques on Clienteling App topics, including new features and bug follow-up.
• Monitor adoption of Clienteling tools across boutiques to maximize engagement.
• Support appointment booking and Queue Management systems; manage admin tasks (stock movements, vendor management, PO).

• As Client Development Assistant, You Will The Client Development Assistant Manager Within The South East Asia Market (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam) In Launching & Following (e)CRM Campaigns While Monitoring Clienteling Programs. He / She Ensures That The Highest Level Of Client Experience Is Delivered In The Market, Through The Implementation Of Maison Client-related Campaigns / Guidelines / Tools Which Include
• Support the development and roll-out of mailing and e-mailing campaigns in collaboration with the Regional team and local agencies.
• Coordinate Clienteling campaigns, including briefing, launch communication, follow-up, and KPI reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for boutiques on Clienteling App-related topics, including new features, bug follow-up, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the adoption and usage of Clienteling tools across boutiques and support teams to maximize engagement.
• Support follow-up on appointment booking and Queue Management systems.
• Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Additional Cross-functional Projects And Initiatives As Required.
