Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an Events Assistant to support the Events Assistant Manager SEA with logistics coordination across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. You will collaborate closely with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Key tasks include coordinating with agencies and vendors, developing detailed event action plans, handling invoices via SAP and tracking expenses, and providing on-site support.
