Job summary

BAIPULE PTE.LTD is seeking a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Singapore. The role runs 12pm-10pm with four days off per month, offering frontline service for guests and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a friendly and responsible attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain items and take orders.
• Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Provide friendly and professional service throughout dining.
• Prepare and clear tables before service and clear after customers finish dining.
• Keep dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations clean and tidy.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure correct, timely service.
• Answer inquiries and handle requests politely.
• Assist with cashiering and payment collection when required.
• Replenish utensils, condiments, and other restaurant supplies.
