Job summary

GREENWOOD F & B PTE. LTD. is seeking a service crew member to greet and seat guests, present menus and wine lists, and take orders accurately and efficiently. You will provide menu recommendations and answer questions about items and ingredients, ensuring a welcoming first impression.

You will deliver food and drinks, maintain presentation standards, handle complaints professionally, and stay up-to-date with menu changes and promotions to enhance guest experiences.

• 1+ years of experience as a service crew in a busy restaurant environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
