Job summary

Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu is expanding and seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily restaurant activities at multiple locations in Singapore. The role involves managing staff rosters, monitoring inventory, and ensuring top-notch food quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the F&B industry.
• Secondary education with 'O' level passes.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice; Food safety and hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant activities and operations.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage for health and safety compliance.
• Support and assist team members with guest inquiries and requests.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed.
