Job summary

DAPAIDANG GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor to lead the service team and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage reservations, cashiering, deliveries and handovers while upholding hygiene and safety standards. English and Mandarin communication is essential for guest inquiries and supplier liaison.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant F&B experience; team-leading experience preferred.
• Familiar with POS, reservations, cashiering and basic operational reports.
• Strong leadership, communication and on-floor problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to handle inquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers and liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Responsibilities
