Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring an Outlet Supervisor for our Bendemeer, Singapore location. You will assist the Outlet Manager with daily outlet operations and staffing, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma with 3–5 years in F&B or retail, plus at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and can work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B or retail operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and company standards.
• Support recruitment, staff training, time management and payroll matters.
• Assist with outlet marketing activities and sales strategies.
• Monitor outlet sales, profitability and overall performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Salary: $3200 - $3400 + Bonus

Working hours: 8 Hour Shift

Work Location: Bendemeer (Near MRT)
