Job summary

The Autobus Group in Singapore CBD is seeking an energetic Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager and lead the service team across lunch and dinner shifts. You will ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and collaborate with kitchen staff while training and developing team members.

We offer a stable position within a growing F&B group with opportunities to progress toward Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, along with a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of F&B experience preferred
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead and work well with a team
• Responsible, punctual and organised
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Candidates without supervisory experience but with leadership potential are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily outlet operations
• Supervise and coordinate service crew during each shift
• Ensure smooth service during busy lunch and dinner periods
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery
• Train, guide and motivate new and existing team members
• Conduct opening and closing procedures
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions and daily reconciliation
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the restaurant
• Ensure service SOPs and company standards are consistently followed
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment
• Support private events, corporate bookings and restaurant functions
• Report operational issues promptly to the Restaurant Manager
• Take responsibility for the outlet when the Restaurant Manager is unavailable

The Autobus Group is looking for an energetic and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

We are a home-grown F&B group and have been serving Singapore’s CBD for over 9 years, specialising in healthy protein bowls, speciality coffee, craft beers and draft cocktails.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running the outlet smoothly while leading the service team on the floor. We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, communicates well and is willing to lead by example.
