Job summary

CHUAN KEE (F & B) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. You will lead, train and motivate service staff, and manage scheduling, attendance and daily duties.

You will maintain high standards of customer service, monitor food quality and hygiene, coordinate with kitchen teams, and support stock control and ordering. This full-time role requires strong leadership and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and manage a team and work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to lead and manage a team
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Singaporeans, PRs and eligible foreign candidates are welcome to apply

Working Hours

• Full-time shift work
• 6 days per week
• Rest day according to roster
• Weekend and public holiday work may be required
