Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-oriented individual for a fast-paced outlet in Singapore. You will provide friendly customer service, take orders, handle payments, and assist with serving while learning food safety and service standards.

The role involves standing for long periods, rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays, and supporting daily operations with attention to detail. Prior F&B experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or higher; F&B/service training is a plus.
• Able to rotate shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods; hands-on outlet duties.
• Service-oriented with a team-based working style.
• Reliable, punctual; follow procedures and hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Help with inventory support such as stock checks, replenishment, and deliveries
• Raise customer feedback, complaints, or issues to supervisor promptly
• Work with teammates to meet service standards during peak periods

Requirements

• GCE "N" Level and above with relevant F&B/service training is an advantage
• Able to commit to rotating shifts within operating hours, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled
• Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing hands-on outlet duties
• Service-oriented with a positive, team-based working style
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures and hygiene standards consistently
