Job summary

The FOREIGN PROJECT PTE. LTD. is seeking a guest-focused team member for a fast-paced restaurant in Downtown Singapore. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience with prompt service.

Candidates should have F&B experience, be able to communicate effectively, and work well in a team. Shifts include weekends and public holidays; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly to guests
• Explain menu items clearly and offer recommendations to assist guests in making choices
• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas throughout service
• Address guests’ requests and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with opening and closing tasks to prepare and close the restaurant efficiently
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth daily operations
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and service standards to ensure a safe environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience working in a food and beverage or restaurant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
• Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced work setting
