Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level or, ITE qualifications.
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• F&B experience is an asset but not essential.
• Good communication with customers, and smile at all times.
• Pleasant, cheerful, energetic, and a team player.
• Willing to learn and passionate about service industry.
• Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge in POS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare table settings and arrange items.
• Restock napkins, tableware, and condiments.
• Escort guests to their table.
• Present menus, explain promos, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take orders and prepare drinks and desserts.
• Serve meals and drinks.
• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Handle cash register duties as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Carry out other duties as directed by supervisors.

Job Responsibilities

• Propertable setting including setting up items
• Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments
• Usher customer to their table
• Present menus to customers, inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
• Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning
• Perform cashiering at times
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
