Job summary

CITY ELITE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Outlet Supervisor to manage daily operations, oversee staff rosters, and ensure the dining area is set up to the standards required for each meal period.

You will be knowledgeable about the menu and beverage list, manage guest relations and feedback, maintain service and cleanliness standards, and perform other duties as assigned; shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.
• Other existing and/or new Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet.
• Assist with the rostering of manpower
• To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that is offered on the menu & beverage list.
• Ensure that set up of tables in the restaurant is as per the standards required for each meal period and as set in the Restaurant operating policy.
• Manage guest relations and handle complaints or feedbacks concerning food and services.
• Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
