Job summary

pond treasure2 pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily store operations across front and back of house. You will coach shifts, ensure service quality, and address customer feedback while upholding food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.

You will monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, schedule staff, and participate in training and performance reviews, acting as Manager-on-Duty when required.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily store operations (front of house & back of house).
• Supervise and coach team members during shifts to ensure quality service and product standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and control wastage.
• Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with our operational policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty when required.
