Job summary

JUMBO GROUP OF RESTAURANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a service-oriented team member to support daily dining operations, handle reservations, cashier duties, and guest requests while ensuring a smooth service flow.

You will oversee service staff at your station, learn the menu to make recommendations, maintain grooming standards, and assist with inventory, orders, and administrative tasks. This role requires shift work and a professional appearance to deliver an exceptional dining

Qualifications

Experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Personal turnout must be well groomed and professional.
Ability to work on shift schedules.

Responsibilities

Conduct services on ground including servicing, food ordering, reservations, cashiering and related tasks.
Oversee service staff at the assigned station.
Acquire knowledge of menu to make recommendations and answer guest queries.
Provide excellent customer service and manage guest relations for a pleasant dining experience.
Ensure side station is replenished at all times.
Assist in inventory management, placing orders, receiving goods and administrative duties.
Uphold grooming and professionalism to meet company standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
