MEGAPEAK ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a guest-oriented operations associate to assist in delivering consistent service to guests at our Singapore outlet. You will help oversee day-to-day operations, ensure cleanliness, decor, and function of facilities, and support the team in food and beverage recommendations.

You will participate in stock ordering, staff scheduling, billing, daily reports, and other admin tasks, while resolving personnel issues and supporting a busy, fast-paced

Responsabilités

• help in handling day-to-day operations to deliver a good service for our guests consistently
• help in control the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• handle regular checks of all areas of the outlet to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
• treat all guests according to standards.
• be sure of proper festive decorations and food are displayed in order.
• help food and drink recommendations to guests.
• help in carrying out administration duties include stock ordering, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments
• settle personnel problems, hire new staff, and evaluate staff performance
• having a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties
