Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing orders with the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, and handling payments when needed. Previous restaurant experience is an advantage and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain items, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks to customers accurately and promptly.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare tables before service and clear and clean tables after customers finish dining.
• Ensure the dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations are clean and tidy.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
• Answer customers' enquiries and handle requests or complaints politely.
• Assist with cashiering and payment collection when required.
• Replenish utensils, condiments, and other restaurant supplies.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and restaurant operating procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager.
