You will greet guests, present menus, explain ingredients and allergens, and upsell items when appropriate. You’ll take orders with a POS system, deliver bills, and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. The role requires flexibility for split shifts, weekends and public holidays, with a customer‑minded, responsible attitude and no prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and escort customers to their tables and provide excellent service.
• Present menu, provide details on portions, ingredients and allergies; upsell when appropriate.
• Take accurate orders using POS, deliver checks and collect payments.
• Communicate order details to kitchen and serve food and drinks.
• Monitor cleanliness and report issues with dishes or kitchenware.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area; follow health regulations.
