Qualifications

• Restaurant POS support experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in office or at off-site client location.
• Evening and weekend schedules may be required.
• Learning and understanding cloud technologies.
• Candidates with less than 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hardware, software, and industry solutions.
• Set up, configure, and test hardware and software components.
• Install software and hardware at client sites and connect cables.
• Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support for clients to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide training to clients regarding software, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
