Qualifications

• Restaurant POS experience is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in office or at client sites.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Learning and understanding cloud technologies.
• Sales experience under 2 years is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hardware, software, and industry trends.
• Setup, configure, and test hardware and software components.
• Install software/hardware at client sites and connect cables.
• Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support for clients.
• Provide training to clients on software, hardware, and troubleshooting.
