QIAN SHAN SG1 PTE. LTD. seeks a results-driven restaurant operations supervisor to coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House activities.

You will lead and train a team to achieve guest satisfaction, efficiency and productivity while monitoring product quality and vendor relations. You will manage shifts, oversee P&L, control costs, storage and inventory, and deliver detailed revenue/expense reports.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in F&B.
• Proven supervisory ability with accountability, organising and planning.
• Ability to control costs and use resources efficiently.
• Experience in training, managing, motivating and inspiring a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with positive influence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Manage restaurant P&L to optimize profit, monitor costs, labour and expenses.
• Oversee storage supplies for smooth operation.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand in the local community and through events.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
